Thank you for supporting Lilboo by purchasing one of our paid features! These Paid Services Terms apply to any purchases made through the Lilboo platform and are designed to supplement our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using any Lilboo paid service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
To access paid services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet these criteria, please do not attempt to make purchases.
2. Payment and Billing
We use third-party payment providers to process payments. By submitting a payment method, you confirm that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate
• We may charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, including taxes
• You authorize us to store and share payment information with processors solely to complete transactions and send you billing-related communications
Lilboo is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, including international transaction or overdraft fees.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
Some Lilboo features are offered as subscriptions, which automatically renew until canceled.
• Your subscription begins when your initial payment is processed
• It will automatically renew based on the term selected (e.g., monthly, annually)
• By subscribing, you authorize Lilboo to charge your payment method on each renewal date
• You will receive a reminder before annual subscription renewals when required by law
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store (iOS/Android) or through your Lilboo account settings, depending on your purchase method.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused time unless required by law.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are subject to those platforms' policies. Please contact them directly for refund requests.
5. Pricing and Changes
We may change pricing for paid services in the future. We will notify you in advance of any material price changes. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Experimental Features
From time to time, we may offer beta or experimental features as part of a paid tier. These features may be changed or removed at any time without notice or compensation.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase. We collect sales tax and VAT where required by law.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features if:
• You fail to pay fees on time
• You violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Your conduct creates risk or harm to other users or to Lilboo
You will not be entitled to a refund in these cases, unless required by law.
9. No Transfers
Paid subscriptions and benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the Lilboo account used to purchase them.
10. Changes to Paid Services Terms
We may update these Paid Services Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
