• Follow our Community Guidelines at all times.
• Not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Not interfere with the normal functioning of the Services.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action if users violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
4. Your Content
You own the content you post ("User Content") on Lilboo. However, by posting, uploading, or sharing User Content, you grant Lilboo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
• You have all necessary rights to post the content.

7. Paid Features & Subscriptions
Lilboo may offer paid features or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing terms, and policies disclosed at the time of purchase. Some features may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the instructions provided.
8. Termination
You may stop using Lilboo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilboo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Lilboo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to use the Services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lilboo and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except where prohibited by law.
