Lilboo Subscription Terms

1. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Lilboo may offer certain services as automatically renewing subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, or multi-month plans (“Premium Services”). If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel it beforehand. Renewal will be charged at the then-current price, unless otherwise stated.

To avoid being charged for a new billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current period. Please note: deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Lilboo reserves the right to modify pricing for any Premium Services. By continuing your subscription, you agree to be charged the updated price.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Services subscription at any time, subject to the terms of this agreement. If you subscribed via a third-party platform (such as Apple ID or Google Play), you must cancel through that platform’s subscription settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.

1. Virtual Items

From time to time, Lilboo may offer access to virtual items (such as coins or features), which are licensed to you on a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable basis (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Items are not redeemable for real-world currency and have no monetary value outside the app. Your use of Virtual Items is subject to this agreement and Lilboo’s discretion. Lilboo may manage, update, restrict, or remove Virtual Items at any time without notice, and is not liable for changes in their perceived value or functionality.

You may not sell, transfer, or exchange Virtual Items with others. All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

General Terms

All purchases are final. Lilboo does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unless required by law. If you made your purchase through a third-party platform (Apple or Google), refunds must be requested through that platform.

Refunds via Apple

All purchases made using Apple ID are managed by Apple. Lilboo cannot process refunds for Apple subscriptions.

To request a refund:

• Open the App Store or iTunes

• Tap your Apple ID and go to Purchase History

• Locate the transaction and select “Report a Problem”

• Or visit Apple Support directly

Refunds via Google Play

If you purchased through Google Play:

• You may be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase (per Google Play policy)

• Go to your Google Play Account > Order History > Report a Problem

Regional Refund Rights

United States
 (Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Wisconsin)

• You may cancel without penalty within 3 business days of subscribing.

• In case of death or disability, a refund for the unused portion may be requested.

European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of subscription, in accordance with local regulations.
