1. Gold Coins License

Lilboo may offer users the ability to purchase a limited, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use virtual currency known as Gold Coins within the app (“Virtual Currency”).

By purchasing Gold Coins, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gold Coins do not represent real money and have no real-world monetary value;

• Gold Coins may only be used within Lilboo for designated features, content, or services;

• You do not own Gold Coins; instead, you are granted a limited license to use them in accordance with these terms.

2. Usage & Restrictions

• Gold Coins can only be used within the Lilboo platform for purposes authorized by Lilboo.

• Gold Coins cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, or exchanged with other users or third parties.

• Gold Coins cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other tangible value.

• Any attempt to misuse or manipulate Gold Coins may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Purchase Terms

• All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

• The price and availability of Gold Coins are subject to change at any time without notice.

• Taxes may apply based on your location and will be added where required by law.

• If you purchase through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple, Google Play), their billing terms will apply.

4. Expiration & Termination

• Gold Coins do not expire with inactivity, but Lilboo reserves the right to modify or terminate Virtual Currency features at any time.

• If your account is terminated, suspended, or deleted, any remaining Gold Coins will be forfeited without compensation.

• Lilboo may remove or adjust your Gold Coin balance at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.

5. No Refunds

All purchases of Gold Coins are final. You understand and agree that:

• Lilboo is not required to provide a refund or compensation for unused Gold Coins under any circumstances;

• This includes cases of voluntary account deletion, service changes, or dissatisfaction with app features.
